Thank you, nurses. I have only been in the hospital exactly one time...for the birth of my first child. The nurses were the ones that told me it would be okay as blood ran down my leg while standing up for the first time after my son was born. They put the catheter in, they came every time I pushed the button with ice and comfort. I don't think I've really ever encountered a tribe of more selfless humans, before, or since. You are the heartbeat and the soul. Thank you for your hard work. For what it’s worth, my kiddo is now almost 8 and I still remember the profound impact these folks made and care I received. I am sure those in your care now, due to Covid, feel the same.
