I think we need to make sure we thank the Patient Access Registrars!!! When someone walks in the door they are the first persons to meet whatever is wrong with the patient. They are the persons that make sure that person is correctly input to verify who they are; how their information is input for billing; and make sure many technicalities are correct. I am very proud of these PARS and the administrative people who manage this great responsibility.
