Although I was already a proud UCHealth employee, it's not until I had unexpected health problems this year that my pride doubled, tripled. I know a lot of you are burned out, emotionally and physically. You have given SO much - and continue to do so. Yet, the care you have provided me has been compassionate and truly exceptional every step of the way. Knowing that this is the level of care our patients - members of our communities - are receiving from you day after day makes me so grateful. You improve lives in magnificent ways not just in the care you deliver but in walking alongside patients in the manner that you do. You're all extraordinary, and I'm so grateful.

I have had the unfortunate and bizarre experience of needing NOCO UCH Urgent Care, A & E departments and an Ambulance FIVE times in the last 6 weeks for myself and my family. Each and every time, ALL staff encountered were friendly, helpful, efficient as posssible, competent and reassuring. At NO time did a single employee give a hint of the utter chaos the Pandemic must be causing behind the scenes. PLEASE MAKE SURE STAFF ARE COMMENDED!

YOU ARE ALL ROCKSTARS! I've had a family member in the hospital recently and my first personal visit to the ER for a car crash (also a first for me). You are continuing to care for us all under very trying circumstances. God Bless, and hugs. Yes, I'm vaccinated and encourage others to do so. I'm a little tired of the trumpeting of personal rights over personal responsibility. No one questions their "right" to medical care when they get sick. In our society, where we are mutually dependent upon each other for so many things, we are also mutually responsible. Doesn't have a thing to do with politics or legislation. This virus just does not care about any of that. I hoping more vaccinations will get us to the point where you can get more days off, actual vacations, and a chance to heal yourselves. Thank you, so much.
