I grew up in Denver. Not far from the original UC Hospital on University. My mother was the Chief Surgical Scrub Nurse at that time. I always held her and the doctors in awe. Today I still do. What everyone of you does, is what so many of us wish we could be like you. Perhaps even better. Yes, we all do our part and we try hard to make a difference. But you are all really SPECIAL....
