Id like to thank all the nurses who cared for me at UCHealth Memorial ICU-C unit while I was there 4/6-22. I especially want to recognize Rachel who was my best advocate. Because of her I got the care I needed to recover from near death and am now recovering at home. Thanks

Two nurses will never be forgotten--one sweet lady at Univ. of Colorado who washed my pajamas for me after an invasive surgery left me with no bowel control and one kind man at Riverton's facility who held my hand and talked to me for three hours in emergency when I was in organ failure due to sepsis. He just kept saying he was not going to let anything happen to me. And he kept his promise.
