Meghan Stasica, DPT, received her Bachelor’s degree in Communications from Marquette University in 2007. She worked in coffee shop design and management before training to be a Certified Yoga Instructor at the Yoga Center of Minneapolis in 2017. As a lover of health, wellness, and movement, she went on to complete her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2020 at Regis University.  

Meghan specializes in orthopedic physical therapy and strives to provide a holistic approach to her evidence-based treatments. She enjoys being able to work with patients to create an individualized plan of care that works best for them so they may return to living their life fully and well.  

She is certified in Functional Dry Needling that provides patients with pain relief and improved functional mobility.  

Outside of work, Meghan enjoys the outdoors with her family as well as reading and writing.
