I am a compassionate and dedicated therapist with a passion for supporting teens and adults on their journey towards healing. I provide a person-centered approach and understand that a good therapeutic relationship is the first and most important part of a person’s therapeutic journey. A collaborative approach to therapy is important; I want to make sure that any treatment goals are discussed and agreed upon by the client. I utilize a variety of treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).

I have lived in Colorado almost my entire life. I am married and have a daughter, a son, 2 cats and 2 dogs. I enjoy traveling and curling up with a good book.
