Nicole Caputo

Vice President of Experience and Innovation

Nicole Caputo is UCHealth’s Vice President of Experience and Innovation. She is responsible for leading problem solving and technology strategies that connect patients and employees. She serves as a liaison to the UCHealth CARE Innovation Center as a patient experience subject matter expert.

Caputo received her master’s degree in health communication from Colorado State University. As a graduate student, she focused on how people process multimedia narrative and its impact on behavior. Her studies propelled a career path focused on the power of storytelling and human connections. Earlier, she earned a bachelor’s degree in mass communication from Winona (Minnesota) State University.

Ms. Caputo has worked for UCHealth for nearly 15 years. Her career path included roles in communication, development, service line marketing strategy and digital marketing strategy.

When not at work, Nikki is an active board member with Fort Collins Rowing Association and bikes dirt trails with her husband Jeff and their two Siberian huskies.
