Livi
Livi is our virtual assistant, an automated self-service solution that emulates human interaction to help patients navigate UCHealth locations, doctors, specialties, blogs and events. Livi is available through the UCHealth mobile app, smart speakers and uchealth.org. She provides personalized aid by answering day-to-day queries about UCHealth. She also answers questions about a patient’s health record, providing information on benefits, lifestyle, etc.
