(Feb. 23, 2017) \u2013 Residents of Falcon and eastern El Paso County now have access to additional health services closer to home, with this week\u2019s opening of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.uchealth.org\/locations\/uchealth-medical-center-falcon\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">UCHealth Falcon Medical Center<\/a> at 11605 Meridian Market View, Suite 184. The new location offers both primary care and urgent care, and provides patients access to UCHealth\u2019s full network of care including hospital-based care, ERs and advanced medicine.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cUCHealth\u2019s vision is to help people live extraordinary lives,\u201d said Lori Japp, physician assistant and UCHealth VP of urgent care. \u201cThe combination of family medicine services and urgent care at one location provides convenient options for patients living in and near Falcon, so they can get quality care they need, when they need it. Hours of operation for the urgent care are 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Friday, and 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. Family medicine will be open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe are pleased to bring much-needed family medicine services to residents living in Falcon and eastern El Paso County,\u201d said MaryJo Yantis, vice president of UCHealth Medical Group, South Region. \u201cDr. Cory Dietz and our team of physician assistants offer comprehensive care for all ages, including treatment for minor ailments, common illnesses and chronic conditions.
