En lugar de levantarse a las cinco de la ma\u00f1ana para poder hacerlo todo, piense en otras maneras de ganar tiempo, como pedir comida para llevar o pedir ayuda a familiares, amigos o ni\u00f1eras\u201d.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Tome un respiro. Pero Iversen le da la vuelta a esa idea. Se\u00f1ala que el paciente debe perseverar para triunfar en sus esfuerzos por dejar de fumar.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNo debemos verlo como un intento fallido.
