Gemma Aguayo-Murphy, para UCHealth.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<h2><strong>Pico de gallo de pepino y mango<\/strong><\/h2>\n<h3><strong>Ingredientes:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>2 mangos maduros (Gemma prefiere los mangos miel o champ\u00e1n, tambi\u00e9n conocidos como mangos Ataulfo)<br \/>\n1 jalape\u00f1o mediano<br \/>\n1 o 2 chiles serranos<br \/>\n1\/4 de cebolla blanca<br \/>\n1 \u00bd tazas de pepino picado (ingl\u00e9s o de jard\u00edn)<br \/>\n2 cucharadas de cilantro picado<br \/>\n2 tomates Roma<br \/>\n1 lim\u00f3n<br \/>\nSal al gusto<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Instrucciones:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Pelar los mangos, retirar la pulpa y cortarlos en cubitos peque\u00f1os.<br \/>\nCortar en cubitos medianos la cebolla, los jalape\u00f1os, el pepino, el cilantro y el tomate.<br \/>\nAgregar los ingredientes picados a un taz\u00f3n.<br \/>\nMezclar, teniendo cuidado de no aplastar los tomates.<br \/>\nAgregar jugo de lim\u00f3n y una pizca de sal.<br \/>\nMezclar de nuevo y probar.<br \/>\nAgregar m\u00e1s sal o jugo de lim\u00f3n si es necesario.<br \/>\nServir inmediatamente o dejar reposar de 15 a 30 minutos para que los sabores se integren y el sabor sea a\u00fan mejor.
