Foto de Everyday Latina.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<h3><strong>Ingredientes:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>2 aguacates<\/li>\n<li>2 tomates Roma maduros<\/li>\n<li>2 chiles jalape\u00f1os<\/li>\n<li>\u00bc de cebolla blanca peque\u00f1a<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Preparaci\u00f3n:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Coloque los tomates, los jalape\u00f1os y la rebanada de la cebolla en un comal o en la parrilla a fuego medio-alto.<\/p>\n<p>Voltear los ingredientes hasta que est\u00e9n tatemados (acci\u00f3n de cocer directamente los ingredientes en las brasas o un comal para que se asen o cuezan parcialmente hasta que su piel luzca quemada).<\/p>\n<p>Una vez tatemados, coloque los tomates y los jalape\u00f1os en un taz\u00f3n grande y c\u00fabralos con pl\u00e1stico adherente.<\/p>\n<p>Deje que suden dentro del taz\u00f3n tapado durante 10 a 15 minutos. Esto ayudar\u00e1 a que sea m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil pelarlos.<\/p>\n<p>Retire la piel quemada de los tomates y los jalape\u00f1os.
