Este tipo de estudios son limitados cuando se trata del caf\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSin un estudio de este tipo, es bastante dif\u00edcil determinar una causa y efecto real,\u201d coment\u00f3 Baker.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>No todo el caf\u00e9 es igual<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>La mayor\u00eda de los estudios reportados se limitan al caf\u00e9 filtrado. El caf\u00e9 sin filtrar, como el espresso, la prensa francesa o el caf\u00e9 hervido tipo molido, podr\u00eda ser una historia diferente.<\/p>\n<p>El caf\u00e9 sin filtrar contiene niveles m\u00e1s altos de compuestos qu\u00edmicos, incluidos diterpenos que aumentan el colesterol. Estos compuestos qu\u00edmicos se diluyen en el caf\u00e9 filtrado, ya que pasa a trav\u00e9s de un filtro de papel, y pueden aumentar los niveles de colesterol LDL, conocido como &#8220;colesterol malo&#8221;. Tambi\u00e9n es posible que otras sustancias en el caf\u00e9, como los antioxidantes, sean beneficiosas.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHay una gran variabilidad individual en c\u00f3mo las personas responden\u201d, dijo Baker. \u201cTambi\u00e9n existe un grado de tolerancia a medida que las personas se acostumbran a los efectos de la cafe\u00edna con el tiempo, por lo que la cantidad de caf\u00e9 que consumes regularmente puede afectar tu respuesta\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Baker coment\u00f3 que los pacientes llegan a su consulta despu\u00e9s de haber sufrido un infarto o experimentar irregularidades card\u00edacas como la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.uchealth.org\/services\/heart-and-vascular-care\/cardiac-electrophysiology\/\">fibrilaci\u00f3n auricular<\/a>, un tipo de arritmia donde el coraz\u00f3n late de forma irregular o demasiado r\u00e1pido o lento, y dicen que dejar\u00e1n la cafe\u00edna de inmediato.<\/p>\n<p>Para algunos, esto podr\u00eda hacer la diferencia.
