Four new providers recently joined UCHealth teams in northern Colorado to provide additional cancer care as well as urgent care, general surgery and occupational health services.<\/p>\n

All four providers are now caring for patients as part of UCHealth\u2019s provider group, Colorado Health Medical Group.<\/p>\n

Ruth Conley<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

Nurse practitioner Ruth Conley<\/strong> has joined the team of providers at UCHealth Cancer Center, 2121 E. Harmony Road in Fort Collins and UCHealth Cancer Care, 2500 Rocky Mountain Ave. in Loveland.<\/p>\n

She believes in a holistic approach that will help carry patients with cancer as well as their families through their difficult, life-changing journey. \u201cFrom diagnosis through cancer treatment and beyond, I believe in supporting not only the physical, but the spiritual and mental facets as well. I want them to feel that I am there for them every step of the way,\u201d Conley said.<\/p>\n

Her research interests include finding natural therapies that minimize or eliminate post treatment adverse effects of neuropathy, fatigue and myalgias.<\/p>\n

She earned a master\u2019s degree in nursing from Valparaiso University in Valparaiso, Ind.<\/p>\n

Family nurse practitioner Matthew Koors<\/strong> joined the team of providers at UCHealth Urgent Care, 2127 E Harmony Road in Fort Collins<\/p>\n

He enjoys working in the fast-paced atmosphere of urgent and emergency care as well as the opportunity to treat a variety of medical conditions. He has experience working in post-acute and long-term care facilities as well as emergency departments.<\/p>\n

He earned a master\u2019s degree in the family nurse practitioner program at Ball State University in Muncie, Ind.<\/p>\n

Physician assistant Kelly Calero<\/strong> joined the team at UCHealth General Surgery in the North Medical Office Building at 2500 Rocky Mountain Ave. in Loveland.<\/p>\n

Her goal is to empower the patient and family with education about their diagnosis and the treatment plan.<\/p>\n

\u201cI believe in setting short-term and long-term goals for patients during their path to recovery and celebrating the achievement of each goal along the way,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n

Calero, who most recently worked with UCHealth Heart Center in Loveland, has experience working in trauma and general surgery. She earned a master\u2019s degree in physician assistant studies from Marquette University, where she graduated cum laude.<\/p>\n

Hibma is dedicated to providing comprehensive and personalized care to every patient. She believes in getting to know each patient and each patient\u2019s family on a personal level so as to make the best medical decision possible, she said.<\/p>\n
