It is important to note that <em><u>Anthem Pathway Essentials<\/u><\/em> is out of network for UCHealth.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cConnect for Health Colorado allows individuals to search for their physician or health care location to ensure the plan they choose includes the provider and location in-network,\u201d said Dr. Peg Reidy, UCHealth&#8217;s chief medical officer. \u201cWe believe patients should have a choice in where they receive their care and should be able to continue seeing their trusted medical team.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>For patients who live <u>outside<\/u> metro Denver\/Boulder County, Anthem Pathway and Anthem Pathway Colorado Option (all levels) include UCHealth in-network.<\/p>\n<p>There are a few additional plans that include <u>select <\/u>UCHealth locations and providers in-network:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>In Colorado Springs and Woodland Park, <strong>Cigna Connect, Cigna Connect Colorado Option<\/strong> and <strong>Kaiser KP Select<\/strong> include UCHealth Memorial Hospital Central, UCHealth Grandview Hospital and UCHealth Pikes Pike Regional Hospital in network.<\/li>\n<li>In Fort Collins, Loveland and Greeley, <strong>Cigna Connect<\/strong> and <strong>Cigna Connect Colorado Option<\/strong> include UCHealth Medical Center of the Rockies, UCHealth Poudre Valley Hospital and UCHealth Greeley Hospital in network.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Open enrollment runs from Nov. 1, 2022, to Jan. 15, 2023, and plans have effective dates of Jan. 1 or later.
