Authorities have growing concerns over a new designer drug that is\u00a0linked to a number of bizarre street crimes. Florida has seen more than 600 cases in the past year.<\/p>\n

\u201cYou don`t know what you`re getting when you [get] synthetic drugs. These are made by chemists, often overseas and they are just trying to make money,\u201d said UCHealth University of Colorado Hospital toxicologist Andrew Monte, MD.<\/p>\n
