But UCHealth may have a solution: online scheduling.<\/p>\n

Patients are encouraged to use online scheduling<\/strong><\/h2>\n

New and established UCHealth patients can schedule an appointment through My Health Connection online or through\u00a0the UCHealth app.<\/p>\n

One of the biggest advantages is that you can set an appointment when it\u2019s convenient for you to do so, whether that’s at 7 o\u2019clock at night or on a Sunday afternoon.<\/p>\n

My Health Connection is a convenient, online portal where patients can communicate with their doctors, request prescription refills<\/a>, access test results and schedule appointments online.

If you don’t have a My Health Connection account, you can set one up using these steps:<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Step 1: Sign up for an account.<\/p>\n

Step 2: Answer the questions and create an account using your email address and date of birth, then click \u201cSign-up now.\u201d<\/p>\n

Step 3: Complete the form on the next page, then click \u201cNext.\u201d<\/p>\n

Step 4: Once you have created your username and password, you will be able to access your account.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Sometimes, a call to the doctor\u2019s office is inevitable. You may\u00a0be unsure whether or not you need to see your doctor or someone else. Maybe you just have a question that doesn\u2019t require a visit.<\/p>\n

If you have questions you want answered before scheduling an appointment, you may want to call to speak with a nurse or get advice. But you can also communicate with your care team online via My Health Connection.<\/p>\n

Scheduling online can actually be faster than the traditional route. Patients can also cancel or reschedule appointments online.<\/span><\/p>\n

The tool is easy to use and not much different than making an online reservation at a restaurant.<\/p>\n
