(Jan. 23, 2018) \u2013 Ryan Rohman is the new chief operations officer for <a href=\"https:\/\/www.uchealth.org\/locations\/uchealth-poudre-valley-hospital\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">UCHealth Poudre Valley Hospital<\/a> in Fort Collins and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.uchealth.org\/locations\/uchealth-medical-center-of-the-rockies\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">UCHealth Medical Center of the Rockies<\/a> in Loveland.<\/p>\n<p>Rohman, 39, has served as interim chief operations officer since July 2017. His career with PVH and MCR began 15 years ago, evolving over the years into more administrative roles. Starting as a bedside nurse, he later served in several leadership positions at PVH and MCR through 2015 when he was named the chief nursing officer for MCR. During his tenure in that position, MCR received its second Magnet designation and was named as a Top 100 Hospital in 2017.<\/p>\n<p>Rohman received a bachelor\u2019s degree in nursing with honors and summa cum laude from University of Minnesota School of Nursing and a master\u2019s degree in nursing in health systems leadership from the University of Colorado School of Nursing in Aurora.\u00a0Nationally, Rohman is an American Organization of Nurse Executives Fellow and served on the Colorado Organization of Nurse Leaders Board of Directors.<\/p>\n<p>Within northern Colorado,\u00a0Rohman serves on the Harmony Surgery Center board, the Loveland Chamber of Commerce board and is a graduate of Leadership Fort Collins, maintaining an active role with the Fort Collins Chamber of Commerce&#8217; initiatives.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>FORT COLLINS, Colo.
