A CU Medicine provider.

I strive to provide the best care for my patients, mother and fetus. I believe in treating the woman as a whole, taking every aspect of her body and health into consideration during diagnosis and treatment. I believe she should be a part of the decision making as to the route of delivery when possible.

In my spare time I enjoy the outdoors in Colorado, skiing, hiking, photography, fishing and hunting with my Canon D50.

Clinical interest for patients

My clinical interests include allowing patients options in the delivery process. I encourage vaginal delivery for breech presentation if criteria are met, twin vaginal delivery, and VBAC.I back up the midwifery services when additional help is needed.

Volunteer activities

I am dedicated to improving health in rural areas. On a monthly basis I train and educate physician assistants in the clinical details of women's health care. The students come from the University of Colorado and Red Rocks Programs. I also am dedicated to training Family Practice residents and FP fellows in Obstetrics so they can provide women's health care in rural areas.
