Every new patient that I meet brings a new challenge; a journey that we embark upon together. And I meet each new challenge with uncompromising passion for obtaining the optimal outcome, individualized for each patient, with compassion and attention to detail.
I am excited to be part of the medical oncology faculty at the University of Colorado, and I’m looking forward to helping develop the UCH medical oncology program in southwest Metro Denver. I have lived in Colorado for 20 years and raised four daughters here. After my biomedical engineering degree at Vanderbilt, I completed all my subsequent medical training at Southwestern medical school in Dallas Texas. My outside interests include road and mountain biking, ice hockey, hiking, camping, pheasant hunting with Cadbury, and fishing. My inside interests are gypsy jazz and blues guitar, and spending time with my wife Cathleen along with whichever of my four daughters happen to be around.
