My philosophy of care begins with empowering patients to take charge of their own health. My goals are to guide each patient toward optimal health and human performance. This starts with helping them understand why they might be in their current state of health. We then work together to formulate a plan to begin their quest. The end goal is for each patient to be in control of their own personal fitness and overall healthy lifestyle.

My wife of 33 years, Sheila, and I have three children Kyle, Cam and Maddie. I enjoy running, hiking, coaching, motivational personal development, music, travel and movies. I am also interested in college sports, especially softball. I volunteer as a youth sports coach and at church.
