I believe that all patients deserve our best whether it is early in the morning or late at night. Each patient deserves the consideration and dedication we would give to a member of our own family.
In my spare time I enjoy running, spending time with my family, traveling and reading historical novels.

- Research interest for patients
I have participated in many research projects designed to determine the amount of body fat a subject has under the skin (subcutaneous fat) versus the amount deep in the abdomen, around the organs (visceral fat). This is important because the amount of fat stored in these different areas affects a persons probability for developing certain diseases such as diabetes and heart disease.
