I believe in approaching my patients as a whole person comprised of mind, body and spirit in the context of their unique environment. My ultimate goal is to work in partnership with my patients to prevent disease by creating and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. However, when this is not possible, I strive to provide quality and current evidence-based, patient-centered care that is in line with each patient’s individual health goals.

In my spare time, I enjoy hiking with my mutt Joey, backpacking, skiing, reading any type of literature that sparks my interest and almost every genre of music…live music is the best music!
