My care philosophy is centered on providing high-quality care with compassion, and every encounter serves as an opportunity for me to listen and appreciate each individual’s unique medical and emotional needs. With this understanding, I am able to empathize with and educate each patient about their disease process and available treatment options, which may include surgery. I believe that involving patients in the decision making process helps to make the entire experience more transparent and less stressful. In order to help my patients return to work and the activities they enjoy as soon as possible after surgery, I strive to offer minimally invasive surgical solutions to complex surgical problems.

My wife Maxine and I enjoy many of the outdoor activities that Colorado has to offer, including backpacking, hiking with our dog, skiing, and fishing. We also enjoy traveling together, reading, and spending time with our family and friends.
