Relationships and a therapeutic alliance is paramount. Maintaining a high level of competence and then empowering patients to take control of their own health and fitness is important.
The high standards of physical therapy practice, the dynamic nature of the rehab department, and the camaraderie with a group of very impressive therapists is attractive to me.
