I am very grateful for the opportunity to serve and help others. As a nurse practitioner, I see my patients as individuals who need to be cared for, not as medical conditions that need to be treated. I take time to listen and understand patients’ needs. I strive to provide the highest evidence-based care to my patients with compassion and kindness. I create an atmosphere that encourages patients and their families to participate in patient care, and I allow the opportunity to address personal concerns. I strive to provide effective patient and family education to achieve patients’ desirable outcome.

I serve patients of all ages, demonstrating expertise in understanding and interpreting medical histories, disease symptoms, physical findings, and diagnostic information of patients to reach correct diagnosis of managing a variety of acute and chronic health conditions.

Why did you get into the medical profession?
Since a very young age I have always enjoyed helping others, and making a positive impact in the lives of people. As a nurse practitioner, I enjoy getting to know patients of all ages and diverse life experiences. I am passionate about helping patients and working together to resolve their acute health-care needs.

I enjoy spending time with family and friends, reading, hiking, mountain biking, working out and volunteer with Crossroads Ministries in Colorado Springs.
