Dr. Gregory Carlson is a man with many interests. Before he went to medical school, Dr. Carlson earned a bachelor’s degree in Russian and Soviet Studies from Cornell University. He enjoyed languages, studying Spanish, Russian and Chinese. While a student at Cornell, he served as an intern for U.S. Sen. Hank Brown (R-Colo.). In 1997, Carlson graduated from Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia, going on to complete his residency at Tufts University and a fellowship in vascular surgery from the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics.
