I am an excellent listener who always places the patient first to provide high-quality, evidence-based, safe and compassionate care. I am a selfless-servant who displays respect and integrity in everything I say and do while serving as a role-model and mentor for my colleagues.
I am a retired U.S. Army Lieutenant Colonel with more than 32 years of clinical nursing and executive leadership experience. Fitzsimmons Army Medical Center was my first duty station, and I have always loved Colorado. I am proud to call Colorado my home since 2009.
I love the opportunities of the great Colorado outdoors and enjoy fly fishing, hiking, biking and gardening. I am married to a retired U.S. Army Physician and General Surgeon. I have volunteered with the American Red Cross and Marian House Homeless Clinic.
