UCHealth and affiliates in-network for multiple Medicare Advantage and Connect for Health Colorado plans in 2026

Aurora, Colo. (October 13, 2025) – UCHealth and its affiliated providers will be in-network for several Medicare Advantage and Connect for Health Colorado Plans in 2026, offering Coloradans expanded access to high-quality care and additional health insurance options across the state.

Medicare open enrollment: October 15 – December 7, 2025; plans begin January 1, 2026.

Medicare-eligible patients can receive in-network care at UCHealth through traditional Medicare and Medicare Supplement Plans. For 2026, UCHealth is in-network with the following Medicare Advantage plans:

Aetna Medicare Advantage
Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield Medicare Advantage
Humana Medicare Advantage
United Healthcare Medicare Advantage

Additionally, Kaiser Permanente Medicare Advantage is in-network for select UCHealth locations including University of Colorado Hospital in metro Denver and all UCHealth locations in Colorado Springs and Pueblo.

UCHealth is no longer in-network for Cigna Medicare Advantage (also known as Healthspring Medicare Advantage) or Devoted Health Medicare Advantage plans.

Connect for Health Colorado open enrollment: November 1 – January 15; plans begin January 1, 2026.

For Coloradans seeking comprehensive coverage that includes in-network access to all of UCHealth, CU Medicine, Intermountain Health and other affiliates, they can choose from the Select Health Value and Select Health Value CO Option plans. Select Health represents a collaborative effort between UCHealth and Intermountain Health, offering exceptional care and value. Additionally, Anthem Pathway plans feature UCHealth and CU Medicine providers in their network.

UCHealth is not in-network with any Anthem Pathway Essentials plans. The Anthem Pathway Colorado Option is not available in metro Denver and Boulder counties this year.
