Bright Beginnings

Did you know that 85% of a baby's intellect, personality, and social skills are developed in
the first three years of life?  Children grow and develop more dramatically during this time than any other stage in life.

Bright Beginnings is a nonprofit organization that provides parents, soon-to-be parents, and caregivers with educational tools, books, and games to make the most of these crucially important developmental years supporting physical, emotional, social and cognitive development of infants and toddlers.

Annually, 1,700 Larimer County families participate in Bright Beginnings. Nearly 95% of participants stated they will use the parenting materials they received and have a better understanding of what their child is able to do at each age.

A visit can occur at a Bright Beginnings office, a hospital, at an agency partner location, at a community event or in your home.  It could be a group visit or a one-on-one visit with a trained Bright Beginnings representative.
