Colorado Hospital Report Card
The Colorado Hospital Report Card, an online reporting tool, ensures that statewide hospital data and clinical outcomes are made available to the general public in a clear and usable manner. The Report Card utilizes standardized quality and clinical outcome measures that are endorsed by national organizations, with established standards to measure the performance of healthcare providers and hospitals.
The reporting tool allows the user to view quality and outcomes reports by hospital (e.g. Poudre Valley Hospital), by measure (e.g. "patient safety"), and by other variables.
