Breast Cancer

Objective

         This is a clinical trial of radiation that will be administered after a lumpectomy, to the breast and lymph nodes or mastectomy, to the area where the breast used to be and lymph nodes. This is done to see if giving radiation as described above will help

Eligibility and Other Participant Information


What To Expect : A screening period to determine eligibility. A treatment period(s) that can last up to 5 to 6.5 weeks. A possible follow up period will consist of exams for 10 years from the time of study enrollment. // Eligibility criteria include but are not limited to women 18 years or older who have cancer cells in the lymph nodes at the time that the breast cancer is diagnosed and have chemotherapy before surgery that clears the cancer cells from the lymph nodes.Eligibility criteria include but are not limited to women 18 years or older who have cancer cells in the lymph nodes at the time that the breast cancer is diagnosed and have chemotherapy before surgery that clears the cancer cells from the lymph nodes.
