Admissions is your first step to accessing UCHealth Highlands Ranch Hospital services. Our goal is to ensure superior customer service while ensuring we have gathered all the correct information regarding your needs and billing information. Our Admissions department is responsible for scheduling, pre-registering and registering patients; verifying insurance data; conducting financial counseling; estimating charges, and collecting patient copays, deductibles and coinsurance at the time of service.

Care management

Care management at UCHealth Highlands Ranch Hospital is here for you. We work with you, the patient, and your family as an advocate during your hospital stay. We will assist you as you transition through your hospitalization and help facilitate your discharge plan home or to another facility, if appropriate. We will work with your insurance to maximize your benefits and pre-authorize home needs as necessary. Your discharge plan could include the need for other services such as home oxygen, medical equipment or home-care services. The care management team will assist in making these arrangements.

All of our services are coordinated through your provider. We work closely with the UCHealth Highlands Ranch Hospital team to determine a safe discharge plan. Please call 720.516.2060 to speak to a member of the care management team.

Complaints and grievances

UCHealth Highlands Ranch Hospital encourages you to ask questions about your care during your stay. If we don’t meet your expectations or you have a specific concern during your stay, please let your caregiver know. You may also request to speak with the department manager or hospital supervisor.

Resolving a concern
